Terms Of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase form an agreed between you and purchases made from Emma Jane Argent. Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions, at hello@emmajaneargent.com

By making a purchase you indicate that you have had sufficient opportunity to access these Terms and that you have read and accept them.

1. COURSES & CLASSES:

  • Purchases are final. There are no refunds if you decide you don’t like the course or expected something different, so please read each sales page fully to avoid any misunderstandings about what is being covered and what is included.

  • You have ongoing access to the current version of the course you are purchasing. If at some point the course is going to be replaced or removed, you will be given the option to download the course material.

  • Courses do not include any email access to me (Emma Jane Argent) for personalised guidance or feedback. From time to time there are live support options offered as a bonus, and you can bring your questions to these calls.

  • If you would like work with me more closely and have my input on your business then please consider working with me 1:1 or in a group coaching offering.

2. USE OF COUPON CODES:

  • There are no reimbursements or refunds given when a provided code is not entered at the checkout and a discount applied. This is because there is an administrative and screen time cost incurred on our end to process a refund, issue new codes, and reconcile the resulting additional transactions in our accounting system.

  • If a coupon code is no longer working then it has expired and can not be backdated.
