How do I get started with coaching?
All Present Awareness Coaching begins with an initial session which can be booked on this page. Initial sessions are an opportunity for us to meet, experience working together and for you to ask any questions you have. These initial sessions are charged at half price.
What is present awareness?
Present Awareness is becoming sensitive to that which is here in each moment. It is freeing your mind from the future and unhooking your heart from the past. Most of the time, right now is absolutely okay when we remove ideas about the past or future. The more time spent in awareness of the present, the less stressed and anxious you become. Present Awareness has roots in mindfulness, Buddhism, esoteric Christianity and Celtic philosophy. Present Awareness is not religious.
Present awareness coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on helping individuals become more mindful and present in their everyday lives. The goal of present awareness coaching is to help individuals develop a greater sense of self-awareness, focus, and clarity.
Present awareness coaches work with clients to help them identify the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back from living in the present moment. They teach mindfulness techniques and tools that clients can use to stay focused on the present moment.
What are your prices for coaching?
Sessions are £88 each, with the exception of your first session which is £44. Discounts are applied to those booking multiple session packages, more details of this will be emailed to you after your initial session, if you’d like to continue working together.
can i contact you between sessions?
In the modern coaching world voice note support between sessions has become very popular. We live in a fast-paced world where we can access pretty much anything at our fingertips. Present Awareness Coaching doesn’t include voice messaging support because I don’t believe it to be deeply beneficial for your experience and I’m only willing to include things in this work that meet that standard. You’re welcome to email me if you have a question that you feel cannot wait until your next session.
is it like therapy?
Present Awareness Coaching is different to Therapy. Therapy focusses on healing the past, whereas Present Awareness Coaching, as the name suggests, focusses on now.
I'm not sure if present awareness coaching or conscious business coaching would be best for me, can you help me to decide?
If you have a business you are welcome to work with me in Present Awareness Coaching. We can discuss your business and how you’re feeling about your business in these sessions. Being self employed myself, I understand how stressful it can be, and how alone you can feel, and Present Awareness Coaching can be a beautiful experience for those running businesses and/or holding space for others. If you would like practical guidance with your business in terms of understanding your market, creating offers, marketing, social media, creating a website and anything of that nature, Conscious Business Coaching will be more appropriate for you. how long will we work together for?
Some clients work with me for years, some for 3 months and many durations in between. I’m very flexible in terms of what will support you the most. We can discuss this together and make sure it feels right for you.
what time zone are you in?
I’m in U.K. time zone, please ensure you check whether the UK is currently in BST or GMT.
I offer sessions Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:30am – 3:30pm. If you require a session time outside of these hours please contact me to discuss and I may be able to work with you to find a time that’s suitable.
